Opened in 2003, Red Wok is not your everyday Chinese American buffet bar. Here the confluence of Japanese and other Asian influences meet causing unexpected delight. There are three bars, in which there are two hot bars consisting of various vegetables and meats, one cold bar with fruits, salad, ice cream, cakes, puddings and other desserts. There is also a sushi bar that displays an abundant choice of hand rolls — everything from tuna, snapper, eel, salmon, shrimp, California, veggie, and rainbow. Someone is always in the sushi area, ready to prepare more upon request. All the sushi and hand rolls are made to order.
